Dear Addict: The first thing you can do is silence your phone or put it on Do Not Disturb mode. There are also apps that you can download that help you limit your usage during certain hours. Another way to do the same thing, is to delete the apps that distract you the most and then re-download them when you get home. Above all, do not text and drive!
