April Staff Member of the Month: Amanda
Our April staff member of the month is Amanda. Amanda is much beloved and known and a kind and patient teacher.
Amanda was born in Florida, though she did not live there long. She has live in many places all over the world, including: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Ohio, Virginia, Germany, Australia, and of course, New Mexico, where she lives with her two human children and her two dog children.
Amanda enjoys travelling, playing on beaches, swimming in the ocean and walking in forests. She says, "Museums are very interesting, too!"
Amanda loves all the colors of the rainbow, especially blues, greens, reds and oranges. If she had to pick one, her favorite color would be turquoise. She loves all different kinds of music, too. She doesn't have a favorite song, but she does really like this one. She loves imaginative art, particularly illustrative art in children's books. She loves to cook, bake, sew and draw. She describes her artistic style as "random."
