Tim Tells It: How to Shake Off the Mondays


Dear Tim: With the time change, Monday is even harder than ususal. What can I do to have a good day today?

Dear Mopey: One of the best things you can do is to plan little breaks for activity. Do some jumping jacks or stretches. Listen to some motivational music to get you going. Eat a power snack, like a handful of almonds. Avoid too much caffeine and steer clear of energy drinks. Drink some water instead!
