Our New Year's Resolutions

Why is it a good practice to set goals and resolutions for ourselves in the new year?

  • To improve our lives and make us better people.

  • To challenge ourselves.

  • To implement change in our lives.

  • To create the space that we want.

These are some of our goals and resolutions to 2017:

  • Lose weight

  • Help people with developmental and cognitive disabilities learn how to film.

  • Get my room organized.

  • Eliminate sugar for 6 weeks.

  • Practice the harmonica more.

  • Make a new friend.

  • Exercise more.

  • Take more ballet classes.

  • Visit home and family more.

  • To swear less.

  • Train to face Ronda Rousey.

  • Go on more walks.

  • Clean my room more and make new friends.

  • Start and finish a new quilt.
